Valentine Odife, MD

Dr. A. Valentine Odife, is the President of KCOBANA. He attended King’s College Lagos from 1982-1988, and a member of Panes House. A clinician and consultant with signify health group and the Chief Medical Director at Iroquois health facility. He served as Professor of Preventive Medicine, Pediatrics and Clinical clerkship Director at Geisinger Commonwealth Medical College, in PA. He also practices Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine with subspecialty interest in Gastrointestinal diseases and Behavioral Medicine at Guthrie-Mayo clinic, NY. Dr. Odife graduated class valedictorian, summa cum laude and holds a dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Biological Sciences from Atlanta University Center Consortium in Georgia. He underwent Biomedical research training at Temple Medical school in Philadelphia before proceeding to the University of Tennessee College of Medicine where he obtained his medical degree. He completed his internship and residency training in General Surgery and Pediatrics at Brown University, Rhode Island Hospital and LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in TN. He has a vast interest in investment banking, property/real estate development and political advocacy. He serves on the Board of Centre-Point investment Limited, AmekBio Consortium, and WOGI (Women organization for gender issues) – a non-for-profit organization that advocates for rights of women and children. In his spare time, he loves to golf, travel and watching his favorite teams – the New England Patriots, Toronto Raptors and Paris Saint- Germain.
